The Freshman boys spent the day hiking Bald Mountain! It was a Beautiful hike up. Some picked out walking sticks to use to hike. The boys ate lunch at the top while enjoying the gorgeous views. The campers then went up the fire tower to see other views from there.After the hike was over we went to Northern Lights for delicious ice cream and milkshakes while enjoying each others company. It was an awesome day had by all!
The Sophs spent trip day at pioneering. The upper sophs canoed around Raquette Lake and ended at pioneering. The lower Sophs walked to pioneering and then had fun competitive canoe races. While at pioneering they had scavenger hunts, played capture the flag, swam and enjoyed a cook out. The evening ended with Eddie telling stories by the campfire while the boys enjoyed s’mores. The boys said sleeping out in tents for the night was fun!
