Howdy from the wild wild west of Raquette Lake Boys Camp
The boys enjoyed regular scheduled activity with a break in the day for an all camp swim!
The day was fairly quiet until the cowboys came into town. Right in time for a delicious western themed dinner. Pulled beef ribs, bbq chicken, delicious corn bread, broccoli, and corn on the cob just to name some. The boys danced in the dining hall as they ate! After dinner the cowboys came up the hill for more cotton eye joe dancing, and games like pop the pig, and wild bills race. The prize was Raquette bucks which the boys collect for the Raquette Buck Auction at the end of the summer.
