For the second trip day of the summer, campers across every age group spent the day at some of Raquette’s classic trip day spots.
The freshmen age group spent the day at the Enchanted Forest Water Safari. They enjoyed water and land rides under the sun while indulging in all the delicious treats offered at the park.
The lower sophomores spent their trip day at The Wild Center, the Adirondack’s very own natural history museum. Located in Tupper Lake, the girls enjoyed the beautiful scenery and fascinating history.
The upper sophomores spent the night at the pioneering site after a day of canoeing around Raquette Lake. They even enjoyed a boat cruise and ice cream after their canoeing adventure!
The juniors spent the day on camp practicing for tonight’s production of Annie. After a full week of preparation, we can’t wait to see what they have in store for tonight!
Birchwood spent the day in Old Forge and had lunch at Tony Harper’s Pizza and Clam Shack. After shopping around the town, they spent the rest of the day preparing for last night’s Birchwood campfire. The theme was bonding. This yearly tradition gives Birchwood a taste of leadership prior to their SUPY summer, and they certainly did a fantastic job!
The Supy girls take Montreal! They spent two very full days bonding, which included laser tag, shopping on St. Catherine’s Street, jet boat riding, La Grande Roue, the VIP treatment at La Ronde Six Flags Amusement Park and of course, plenty of laughter. Creating memories that will last a lifetime, the girls have returned happy and ready to resume their role as the leaders of camp.
We can’t wait to share more news about many exciting events coming soon!
