Tuesday was packed with sunshine, sizzling grills, and smiles at Raquette Lake Girls Camp!
At Gymnastics, the girls are flipping out! They have been starting a quick fun and engaging game to warm up all the children. They then split up into two groups and have fun doing challenges on the trampoline and an obstacle course on the floor!
The highlight of the evening was our very first BBQ dinner at the brand-new Pig Night site on Placid Field. The girls loved the picnic-style setup, with cozy blankets, music playing, and the sun setting over the trees—camp vibes at their absolute best. Burgers, hotdogs, and s’mores were on the menu, and laughter filled the field as girls made memories with their bunkmates.
After dinner, it was time for Hobby Night, one of the most beloved traditions at camp. Each camper got to choose her favorite activity—from waterskiing to bracelet-making, banana boating to tennis, cooking to climbing. Whether it was a familiar favorite or something new, the energy was contagious. It’s always amazing to see the girls dive into what they love most and discover new passions along the way.
The Seniors lit up the night with an epic social, complete with music, laughter, and sweet treats from canteen—it was the perfect recipe.
