There’s nothing quite like the excitement of Trip Day at Raquette Lake Boys Camp, and today was our first of the summer! The buses rolled out ready to make unforgettable memories with their divisions.
The Frosh kicked things off with a visit to the Wild Center in Tupper Lake, where nature came alive in the coolest ways. Between walking along the treetop Wild Walk, checking out interactive exhibits, and spotting otters, these youngest campers got a taste of Adirondack adventure and education all in one day!
The Sophs took a fun-filled trip to Lake George Lanes & Games. Bowling, laser tag, and arcade showdowns had this group in full competition mode—with plenty of laughs and pizza breaks in between. Let’s just say some new high scores were definitely set.
The Juniors headed to the legendary Enchanted Forest Water Safari for a day of thrills, splashes, and nonstop fun. They raced down waterslides, floated along lazy rivers, and braved wave pools together—it was the perfect combo of adrenaline and summer sun.
The Seniors had a laid-back and classic outing to Old Forge where they grabbed pizza and caught a movie—F1: The Movie. After weeks of high energy at camp, this was the perfect chance to relax, hang out with friends, and enjoy some off-camp bonding.
Trip Day #1 was a huge success—packed with adventure, laughter, and lifelong memories. The boys came back tired but happy!
