The energy at Boys Camp was in full swing today, with every division making the most of a perfect summer day.
Lower Frosh kicked things off on the courts with a spirited morning of tennis before heading to the hoops. Midday brought a relaxing canoe period, followed by an afternoon fishing trip to the General Store. The day wrapped up with a refreshing swim and one last paddle around the lake.
Upper Frosh also hit the tennis courts early before diving into back-to-back STEAM & Snacks sessions. After lunch, they brought their competitive spirit to soccer, cooled off in the lake, and finished the day in canoes.
Lower Sophs had a packed schedule, with some boys heading to Champlain for fishing and the General Store, while others rotated between Seneca, FFB, and Cayuga for sailing, volleyball, GaGa, and tubing. After lunch, Champlain took to the sailboats, while Seneca tubed and Cayuga canoed. The day closed with baseball and hoops.
Upper Sophs opened the morning with a solid softball game before an adventurous ski, tubing, and snacks combo. The afternoon was all about baseball, hoops, and soccer—plenty of friendly competition to go around.
Lower Juniors took to the baseball diamond in the morning before splitting into Rondaxe A and B for a mix of tennis, Aqua Glide fun, and archery. Afternoon activities brought canoeing, sailing, volleyball, and more time on the FFB.
Upper Juniors had an aquatic start with swim and canoeing before hitting the hoops. Later, they enjoyed volleyball, GaGa, archery, and tennis tourneys with snacks. The day closed out on the baseball field.
Lower Seniors had a special schedule today, heading out of camp after morning hoops for movie and ice cream before they returned for their very special bbq dinner prepared and cooked by Gregg!
Aides mirrored the seniors’ plan—hoops in the morning, a trip out of camp, and closing with a tennis session!
Tonight’s evening activity was a mix of special outings and in-camp fun: Aides went tubing and enjoyed snacks, Ticonderoga had a private dinner, Gore A had pizza and a movie, and all other bunks joined in for “Sparky’s Supremely Stupendous Mystery Scramble” — a camp-wide brain-teasing adventure that kept everyone on their toes. Ending with the sweet prize of S’mores!
