The last full day of Team Week was packed with energy, spirit, and tradition from sunrise to sundown.
The morning began with the legendary Apache Relay, a full-camp event that weaves through every corner of camp. From running and swimming to puzzling and balancing, every camper played a role. Both teams gave it their all, and the race came down to the wire—exactly what you’d expect from such a storied tradition. Sixty points were up for grabs, and every second counted.
After a quick refuel at lunch and some time to regroup, the afternoon was devoted to Sing practice—the final, emotional punctuation mark on a week filled with teamwork and pride. Campers rehearsed in their respective venues, fine-tuning choreography, harmonies, and entrances one last time.
And then… the moment everyone had been waiting for: Team Week Sing.
In a packed Arena, both teams took to the stage to perform. The white team tangled to sleeping beauty blue.
The results from Sing were: Entrance – 20 points to White, Old March – 25 points to White (+25 bonus for winning),New March – 30 points to Blue, Almamater – 30 points to White (+25 bonus for winning) White earned a total of 125 Sing points, while Blue walked away with 30.
With these final scores tallied, the week concluded with White Team earning 1,309.5 points and Blue Team finishing strong with 1,598.5 points!
Though Blue took the overall win in Team Week, both teams showed immense pride, sportsmanship, and heart. It was a week of memories, laughter, and lifelong bonds—everything Raquette Lake stands for. The blue and white are united. Until next summer… Team Week, you never disappoint!
