One of yesterday’s biggest highlights was our Boys Bucket Brigade evening activity, where campers teamed up to help transfer water with sponges from one area of the lake to a bucket. It’s always an exciting tradition, and everyone loves getting their hands wet while working together to see who can fill their bucket first!
The fishing has been unbelievable this year! Campers reeled in fish after fish throughout the day, but the catch everyone was talking about was “Big Buba,” an incredible 5-pound, 12in fish, one of the largest catches we’ve ever seen at camp! The cheers on the dock could be heard across the lake as campers gathered to admire this unforgettable catch.
As the sun began to set, our junior campers headed off to their socials on girls camp, where they spent the evening enjoying games, music, dancing, lots of laughter, and of course canteen!
