Today was nothing but net at Raquette Lake Boys Camp as campers enjoyed an action-packed Slam Dunk Day both on the basketball courts and out on the lake!
The courts were buzzing all day with exciting games, friendly competition, and plenty of highlight-reel moments. Campers worked on their shooting, passing, and teamwork while cheering each other on from the sidelines. Whether it was a game-winning basket or an incredible hustle play, the energy never slowed down.
The fun didn’t stop on land. Out on the waterfront, the boys took the Slam Dunk theme to the lake that kept everyone laughing and splashing throughout the afternoon. It was the perfect combination of athletics, teamwork, and classic Raquette fun.
One of the best parts of the day was our Brother-Sister Lunch, when the sisters and cousins from Raquette Lake Girls Camp joined us for a special meal together. After lunch, the boys proudly showed off what makes Boys Camp so unique by teaching their family the RLBC cheers, songs, and dances. Before long, everyone was clapping, singing, and dancing together, creating memories that perfectly captured the spirit of our brother-sister camp tradition.
Evening activity was intercollegiates and the boys filled the courts and fields to play some of their favorite games! Also a huge congrats to our super clean boys Ticonderoga A and Iroquois! They kept their beds made and their floors swept. Hope you are as proud as us!
