The excitement continues to build at Raquette Lake Girls Camp as another incredible day of Team Week comes to a close. With just 31 points separating the teams, every event, every cheer, and every moment of teamwork is making a difference.
The morning began with the always-anticipated Bucket Brigade, a true test of teamwork, communication, and determination. Campers raced to pass buckets of water down the line, knowing that success depended on every single teammate doing her part. The sides were filled with nonstop cheering as both Blue and White gave it their all, proving once again that some of the most exciting Team Week moments come from working together toward a common goal.
In the afternoon, campers gathered on the Lower Field for one of Team Week’s most beloved traditions—the Dance Competition.
The event began with the All-Team Dance, where every camper on each team came together for an energetic, spirited performance. Seeing every girl moving together, cheering one another on, and performing as one is always one of the most memorable sights of Team Week.
The excitement continued with the Rep Dance, where selected representatives from each division took the stage to perform choreographed routines that they’ve been perfecting throughout the week. These performances are always a highlight, showcasing creativity, confidence, teamwork, and incredible school spirit. Months of ideas, hours of practice, and so much dedication came together in front of an enthusiastic crowd that cheered every step of the way.
With only 31 points between Blue and White, the competition remains incredibly close. Every event has mattered, and every camper has played a role in her team’s success. As Team Week continues, the anticipation only grows, but one thing is already clear: the girls have embraced every challenge with enthusiasm, sportsmanship, and the kind of team spirit that makes Raquette Lake so special.
The race is far from over… and every point still counts! We will end the week with our beautiful sing and we can’t wait to tell you all about it!
