Today’s highlight on boys camp was definitely Halloween. The boys displayed their creativity with some very entertaining skits to go along with some of the costumes they created. A House was a crowd pleaser with their impersonations of Boys Camp Head Staff. F House had a very involved story about “friendly ghosts” that even included a moral at the end. In upper camp, T5 and T6 worked together to come up with a skit about Sesame Street characters vs. Muppets characters. T10 impressed everyone with their Discovery Channel “show” featuring a host with an English accent making comments on the various animals (costumed campers) he was encountering.
After the skits, we had a spirited dinner, followed by some Trick or Treating and a trip through the Aides’ haunted house, which was creatively themed around the concept of a Haunted Carnival. As scary as it was it was so amazing that our campers wanted to walk through more than once!!
