Good Morning Raquette Lake Girls Camp! Today we had a great first day with tons of activities and laughter. The sun was shining all day as our girls jumped in the lake for their blue cap (swim test).
In the Raquette Lake Playhouse the sophomores started rehearsing for their show, You’re a good man, Charlie Brown which they will debut on Friday for the camp. Our theater program is one of the many special things about Raquette Lake Girls Camp. The productions they put on in just one short week are even better than broadway!
We finished the day with our traditional opening campfire, where we honored campers and counselors for their time at camp. The SUPY girls which is our oldest age group helped continue the traditions that make RLGC so magical.
