Yesterday was a big day for intercamp tournaments.
We sent 55 boys to Camp Echo Lake.27 of our 8th, 9th and 10th graders participated in a tennis tournament with multiple camps. We had an all-Raquette 10th grade finals matchup, and made it to the championship in 9th grade as well.
A total of 28 boys, from all ages groups, participated in a swim meet at Echo Lake. Our boys came away with more top finishes than any other camp. It was an encouraging and exciting trip for all the boys, which included a stop at Stewart’s for ice cream afterwards.
For dinner,the boys enjoyed spaghetti, meatballs, and garlic bread. This comfort meal is loved by all the campers and they enjoyed it listening to That’s Amore!
The evening brought some rain which gave lower camp the opportunity to enjoy snacks and watch Night at the museum. Upper camp practiced for their intercamp in our indoor basketball arena.
