Today was an exciting day at camp, filled with surprises, sunshine, and loads of fun! The day began with a unique twist as SUPY made their way to Boys Camp for their lineup and breakfast, standing in for the Aides to stage a fake break for Color War 24. At the same time, the Aides joined us at Girls Camp for our lineup, flag raising, and breakfast, continuing the fun with a fake break on our side as well. The anticipation and energy were infectious, setting the tone for a fantastic day ahead.
With the fake breaks behind us, we embraced the beautiful sunny day with a variety of activities and adventures. The morning was action-packed, keeping everyone engaged and entertained. Then, it was time for one of the highlights of the summer – our annual Carnival at Boys Camp! The Carnival was a blast! Everyone enjoyed an array of exciting activities, from bouncing on inflatables to savoring sweet treats like cotton candy and snow cones. The marriage booth was a crowd favorite, and the dunk tank provided endless laughs as campers took turns trying to dunk their friends and counselors. As the afternoon rolled on, the fun continued with music and games, creating a vibrant and joyful atmosphere. The energy was contagious, and it was wonderful to see everyone having such a great time.
To cap off the day, we gathered at the Boys Camp beach for a delicious BBQ. The beach setting provided the perfect backdrop for a relaxing and enjoyable meal, as we all came together to share stories and laughter, reflecting on the amazing day we had.Today’s adventures were a perfect blend of excitement, camaraderie, and classic camp fun.
