We’ve had an action-packed few days at girls camp! On Friday, our campers participated in a swim meet at Echo Lake, showcasing their aquatic skills. That evening, our sophomores transported us to a whole new world with their fantastic performance of Aladdin. We are so proud of them and always blown away by our amazing theater staff!
Sunday brought more sunshine and fun activities, making it another great day at camp. For the first time in a while, we held a SUPY hunt, where bunks excitedly searched for our SUPY campers around the campgrounds. It was a thrilling and enjoyable event for everyone involved.
A HUGE congratulations to our bunks of the week! Placid, Strongheart, and Cedar Island. Being super clean, you make us so proud!
Monday was an exciting day at camp! Our junior girls headed to Point O’Pines for an intercamp event, where they showcased their skills and brought home a victory in their volleyball match. We’re so proud of their hard work and teamwork. Back at camp, the Frosh group spent the day learning dances and songs for their upcoming Disney BFF show. They showed incredible enthusiasm and creativity, and we can’t wait to see their performance.
In the evening, our younger bunks took on the older ones in a series of fun and spirited competitions. The highlight of the night was the bucket brigade challenge, where Placid and Raquette triumphed over Supy with a score of 4-0. Supy will be straightening their bunks one morning soon—a friendly reminder of the fun and camaraderie that camp competitions bring. Overall, it was a day full of activities, teamwork, and memorable moments. We look forward to more adventures and fun-filled days ahead!
