We are thrilled to announce that our CITs (Counselors in Training) arrived today! Each CIT was assigned a bunk to walk with each day and join them for meals. We were so excited to welcome them back to camp and see the enthusiasm they bring.
Today marked the final day of Tamaron’s incredible leadership at camp. They spent a part of the afternoon working with the bunks to create entertaining skits for the Tamaron Show, which was a hit with everyone.
In the evening, Tamaron presented their beautifully crafted banner, hosted a heartfelt campfire, and performed their alma mater. The campfire was a special time, filled with the warmth of s’mores and the joy of campfire songs. Tamaron shared stories that highlighted their theme of connection. They spoke about the importance of coming together as an age group and recognizing the meaningful connections they’ve built throughout their time at camp.
It was a memorable day that showcased Tamaron’s creativity, unity, and the strong bonds that make our camp community so special.
